Summer Delight!

Wow, summer is almost over...and it has been an especially playful one for me. Summer recipe: Ginger-Lime Water

Hey friends, This has been my favorite summer drink in these hot, muggy days. Ginger-Lime Water Fresh ginger - 1/3 cup, grated Lime - 1 large, squeezed and then slivered First, grate the ginger and cover with 1 - 1 1/2 quarts of cold water. Bring to a boil.
