Touch the Earth. She will teach you. Touch the Earth. She will help you grow stronger. Touch the Earth. She will help you feel the truth that your allies are all around you.
Come to know the plants and trees that grow where you live. They will help you grow and thrive. Drink tea from leaves, roots, barks, and seeds and they transform you. The natural path to find your way home to yourself and the present moment is by connecting to what is real, to the cycles of the sun and the moon, the ceaseless ebb and flow of the tides, the gradual growth and ultimate erosion of mountains. Nature is ever evolving and so are you and I.
Each plant or tree knows itself. You take this magic/spirit/consciousness into yourself when you inhale, ingest or imbibe plant medicine, or when you sit with a plant, meditating and connecting with it as your teacher.
All plants are our elders, healers, and teachers.
They offer us physical medicine for our illnesses, aches and pains. They also offer the spiritual guidance of an elder race; the race of the green beings is waiting, as the animals and birds are, for us to awaken in joy, in play, and creative sparking of communities everywhere so the earth can heal herself and teach us how to help her and ourselves.
Leaps of faith
Of creativity
Of community
Bring joy.
Bring freedom.
No one will hand this to you.
You need to reach out for it and also open to receive your own rebirth.
Joy, Freedom, and Love are what you already are, what’s already there when you remove the veils of illusion and distraction.
