In this three-session course Robin Rose will share her wealth of knowledge to help us learn how to maximize the use of herbal remedies to maintain the health of one of the body’s main systems, and address challenges related to it.

We will explore several ways in which the mysterious nervous system may hold the ultimate key to our health. Neurons exist virtually everywhere in our bodies and are the messengers coordinating the working relationships throughout our mind and body.

We'll explore how to use herbs such as sage, oat straw, lavender, basil, St. John's wort, nettles, mullein, and Solomon's seal to help address pain, nerve damage, inflammation, anxiety, MS, depression, neuropathy, headaches, and much more.

If you like, prepare a soothing cup of tea that we will drink "together" as we begin each class.

This series will be offered online. Sessions of all NYOC online programs will be recorded and shared with registrants after each is completed for a limited time only.
