Herbal
crafting and concocting is both fun and invaluable for your family’s health
care. Learn how to make your own infused herbal medicines in this hands-on
class. You’ll learn through demonstrations how to turn a dried herb into an
infusion, an infusion into a decoction, and finally, a decoction into delicious
syrup. There will be plenty of herbal samples to taste and recipes for iron
tonic syrups that strengthen your immune system and a variety of cough syrups
will be shared. These can also make meaningful (and delicious) gifts for the
