The Art of Medicine Making with Common Local Herbs
 
Tues. March 11, 7-9PM, $32 includes materials fees - Medicinal Uses of the Common Herbs in Your Spice Cabinet: teas, powders, and decoctions
 
Tuesday April 8, 7-9PM, $32 includes materials fees:
Tincture making with alcohol, vinegar, and honey
 
Tuesday, May 6, 7-9PM, $32 includes materials fees:
Infused Oils and ointments

We will make medicines together each night we meet and you will get to take a preparation home with you. We’ll also explore a variety of aspects of healing with herbal medicines, focusing on the use of commonly available, local herbs. We’ll discuss the philosophy of the Wise Woman Tradition which centers on healing through optimum nourishment, how your body is always oriented to heal itself, and  how we can help support our innate healing wisdom. Each class is $32, which includes all material fees.
